Proxy Analysis

Proxy analysis is utilized in determining the value of the elements of the compensation package offered to top executives.  This form of analysis examines how a client companies' competitive peers are compensating their executives, such as a Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, etc.

Once an acceptable number of peers have been have been identified, analyses on various components of compensation can be performed.  Upon completion of statistical analyses of the data the findings can be utilized in comparing the selected executives' current compensation packages against the market, utilized in determining the appropriate levels of compensation for a new executive, or determining industry standards relative to compensation.
