A Director Compensation Analysis is conducted utilizing published data and proxies from our client's peer/competitive organizations. During the analysis, CRI will look at multiple compensation components such as director's fees, meeting fees, chairman fees, total compensation, and stock option grants, as well as information on the number of directors (inside and outside) on the board, and number of meetings. Based on this analysis, we are able to see how our client's pay practices for directors compare to the competitive market. Upon completion of our analysis, we provide the client with a comprehensive report covering our findings and provide any necessary recommendations.
