Research Analyst

(Entry Level)

Nationally recognized compensation consulting firm is seeking a full-time, highly motivated individual to join our team as a Research Analyst. This entry-level position will provide support to the consulting team with research and analytical support, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Bachelor's degree is required; no prior experience is necessary. Relevant background will be considered. Individual must possess strong analytical, communication (both written and oral), organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are required.

Compensation Analyst

(2 - 4 Years Experience)

Nationally recognized compensation consulting firm is seeking a full-time, highly motivated individual to join our team as a Compensation Analyst. This position will provide support to the consulting team with data extraction and analysis, proposal preparation, and report preparation.

Bachelor's degree is required; 2 – 4 years experience necessary. Individual must possess strong analytical, communication (both written and oral), organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are required.

Compensation Consultant - Senior

Successful Northern New Jersey headquartered firm has a unique opportunity for a qualified individual to join our professional team. Our firm provides customized solutions to meet our client’s needs in Executive Compensation, Performance Management Pay Systems, Salary Administration Plans, and Sales Compensation.

Individual should have relevant consulting experience handling multiple client assignments. Ability to generate business is desired. Candidate must have strong financial, analytical, and computer skills, as well as excellent oral, written, and communications skills.

Duties and responsibilities for this position include project management, client interface, presentation development and report writing. In addition, the individual is expected to able to assess client needs, conceptualize solutions, develop and implement programs, and maintain and develop relationships with clients, affiliates, and prospects. Some travel required.
